Delivery and Pickup

Prohibited Items
Certain items are prohibited from being placed in the dumpster, such as hazardous materials, electronics, and tires. Customers are responsible for ensuring the dumpster is used only for approved materials.
Damage and Liability
The customer is responsible for any damage to the dumpster or property during the rental period. River City Dumpster is not liable for any damage or injuries resulting from the use of the dumpster.
Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel their Dumpster Rental at any time, but a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds will be issued for any unused rental days, less any applicable fees.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold River City Dumpster harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
